In this world, men create their masterpieces and apply copyright to them. This is done to avoid usurpation or illegal reproduction. No one can imitate Facebook, Google and other platforms and remain unpunished ; the same goes for literary works. God the creator of all things has not applied copyright to anything. This is why men make sex toys, sex dolls, human babies, artificial suns, artificial intelligence and many other things. All this thanks to technological advancement. Imitating for the sake of good is not a problem. But if it is for evil, God does not approve of this ; this is the case of the first three above mentioned which lead to fornication ; Jude verse 5-6 : 5 I want to remind you, you who know well indeed all these things, that the Lord, after having saved the people and brought them out of the land of Egypt, then destroyed the unbelievers ; 6 whom he has reserved for the judgment of the great day, chained forever by darkness, the angels who did not keep their dignity, but forsook their own habitation ; 7 that Sodom and Gomorrah and the neighboring cities, which like them gave themselves over to fornication and unnatural vices, are given as an example, suffering the punishment of eternal fire. As for the artificial sun, won’t it be a source of global warming ? another source of energy will be much better than this one. Even animals are imitators : the monkey, the parrot, the dog. The devil is also an imitator. He does it to lead souls to hell, to keep them away from God, Exodus 7 : 10 Moses and Aaron went to Pharaoh, and they did what the LORD had commanded. Aaron threw down his rod before Pharaoh and before his servants ; and she became a serpent. 11 But Pharaoh called wise men and sorcerers ; and the magicians of Egypt, too, did the same with their enchantments. 12 They cast away all their rods, and they became serpents. And Aaron’s rod swallowed up their rods. Satan disguises himself as an angel of light ; 2 Corinthians 11 :14 And this is not surprising, since Satan himself disguises himself as an angel of light. 15 Therefore it is not strange that his ministers also disguise themselves as ministers of righteousness. Their end will be according to their works. But who should we imitate ? Of God ; Ephesians 5 :1 Become imitators of God, as beloved children ; 1 Corinthians 11 :1 Be imitators of me, as I am of Christ. He who imitates God strives to do good, to act for the benefit of humanity. He does nothing to harm. Some imitate an entire personality. But beware ! We must not imitate the facts, words, gestures and attire of others which glorify neither God nor ourselves.
